Chez Tse Changes

Now that my personal chef/instructor/food writer business is up and running, I'm directing more clients to my website. My guess is that they're more interested in food-related topics, recipes and menus, rather than my personal trials and tribulations. With that being said, here's an idea of what you'll find in the next couple weeks.

Home Page
Instead of typing in www.ChezTse.com and landing on my blog, you'll soon be greeted by a new home page. Each month I will focus on a new, seasonal ingredient. I'll talk a little about its season, where you can buy it, and why you should try it. Then I'll top it all off with a fun recipe you can try at home.

Blog
If you're addicted to my stories, you'll still be able to get your fix. Simply click on the Blog link from the home page, and you'll be able to read all the latest and greatest information about traveling, my adventures working for myself, and the immigration of my fiance to the US. As an added bonus, I'll also have an archive feature so you can find past stories by specific headings.

Menus
If you're curious what I'm currently whipping up for clients, check out the new menu section.

Classes
Now that I'm teaching at Sur La Table every month, I'll list upcoming classes. I'll also have a list of private classes that are taught in your home.

Recipes
I'm trying to get better at adding more recipes to my website. Check back every month or so to see new, seasonal additions.

Newsletter
Once a month, I'll be sending out a newsletter - it basically contains the same information found on the new home page, plus a few other additions. If you're interested in subscribing, send me an email and I'll add you to the list!

I was happy to hear you are not discontinuing the personal portion of your blog. I would really miss it. But, it sounds like you are "adding" and not "taking away" so I am thrilled!! Thanks for all your good work on this blog.
